FibreMax preparing to test a 2300T aramid cable

FibreMax is preparing all the necessary steps to test a full scale aramid cable with a breaking strength of 2300T. The cable will be tested at DNV in Bergen/Norway. It will be the largest aramid cable ever been tested. Previous tests on smaller scale cables, which have formed the basis for the full scale cable, have succesfully been performed during the past months. The full scale cable of 2300T will be applied for an offshore project.
