Delivery of buoy tethers for Wave Energy Converters

FibreMax has received an order for the delivery of lightweight aramid cables that will be used as tethers for a Wave Energy Converter. Wave energy has the potential to be one of the most evironmentally benign forms of electricity generation. It is a clean and renewable energy source with a huge potential. Within the next few months FibreMax will produce a substantial amount of cables that will be installed in a prototype project.
